Barry Kowalski, Principal and Lead Consultant, has over thirty-five years of diverse commercial real estate expertise in the Niagara Region, having developed many contacts and excellent working relationships with local government, business and community leaders and other stakeholders.
Over the years, Barry has established a reputation for solid business ethics and acumen. He is noted for his strong managerial background, innovative problem-solving skills and uncompromising commitment to efficiency, quality and profitability.
Under his direction and control, independently and in partnership with others, Foxhill has been involved in a broad scope of development activities - conceiving, planning, acquiring, financing, developing, building and managing residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout Southern Ontario and the Great Lakes States.
